Commander: The overall leader and spokesman for the Alliance.
Lt. Commander: These people are major staff members and advisors.
Captain: These people are the Regional Commanders and are in direct control and responsible for their people.
Lieutenant: These people are Assistant Commanders and minor staff members.
Master Sergeant: These people are the major soldiers and support personnel in each region.
Sergeant: This rank is the last 'automatic' rank awarded. You have to have over 1000 power AND Stonegating.
Corporal: This rank is acheived by getting over 1000 power.
Private: This rank is achieved by getting over 500 power.
Recruit: This ranks serves 2 purposes: Any new recruit to the Alliance will start here and remain for 14 days to make sure they are a good fit for the alliance and are going to be dedicated. Second, for the members below 500 power as of now, you will remain recruit status until you achieve 500 or more power.
